We are working close with the OEM and local authority (DCA Malaysia) to ensure our maintenance activities reach the standard set by the manufacturer and at the same time fulfill client requirements or expectation. The maintenance activities offered could be according to the client Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP) or customized to their operation needs. CAMO-PART M

Complying with the latest DCA Malaysia (DCAM) requirement on the Part M – Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO), Galaxy Aerospace (M) Sdn Bhd offered individual or fleet continuing airworthiness management for the client thru its CAMO office. This services includes;

Management of Continuing Airworthiness of Customers Aircraft Activities According to Client Aircraft

Issuance of Airworthiness Review Report (ARR)

Issuance of Permit To Fly (PTF)

Airworthiness data control and update (Instruction for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), Airworthiness Directives (AD’s) & Service Bulletin (SB’s)

Mass & Balance Program : Perform aircraft weighing & prepare & issue Mass and Centre of gravity Schedule (MCGS) Report

Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP) Development

Planning, monitoring and coordination of schedule maintenances

Manage, Update and archieve continuing airworthiness records

Airworthiness data control and update Airworthiness Directives (AD’s), Service Bulletin (SB’s) & Instruction for Continued Airworthiness (ICA)

Provide engineering and technical support to maintenance and operations

DESIGN-DOA

Galaxy Aerospace (M) Sdn Bhd (GAM) has its own internal Design Office team which had great knowledge and experience in aviation design works. This office covers Small Rotorcraft, Large Rotorcraft, Small Aeroplane and Large Aeroplane on our capability. Among others, we offers;

Minor changes and minor repairs to type certificate (small / large rotorcraft and small / large aeroplane) : 1) Installation of avionic equipment , 2) structure, 3) Electrical System & 4) Cabin Interiors.

Preparation and submission data packages for major modifications and major repairs.

Classify changes and repair to type certificate as major or minor.

To issue information or instruction under the authority of the DOA.

Minor changes & non – standard repair (FAR 29 – Fennec, Superlynx and AW 139)
